• Can I cancel my order?

If  you wish to cancel your order, Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount (Full or 90% amount that depends upon the total value and the item).

If  your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact us

  • Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

In order to place a bulk order please contact us with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

  • Do you allow Replacements ?

At present we don’t have Replacement service.

  • Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full or partial refund of money :

  1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  3. The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
  4. You have 15 days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund.
