How to Prepare:
1 teaspoon of Green Tea per 1 cup (150 ml cup)
Steeping temperatures range from 61 °C (142 °F) to 87 °C (189 °F)
Steeping times from 30 seconds to three minutes.
Never Boil or Steep for too long. it will loose its benefits and taste bitter.
Heat water then turn off the heat. Add Tea leafs then mix and cover it/put on lid. Steep for 3 minutes. strain and serve
When properly brewed, it yields a thin-bodied, light-colored infusion with a floral aroma.
